We audit your positioning and research your market

We assess your current positioning & messaging across your digital touchpoints. We also conduct a high-level competitor analysis and customer insight analysis. This research will form the initial part of our first workshop, where we discuss potential positioning strategies.

With your Positioning Strategy chosen, we'll move into crafting your Messaging. By the end of this session you'll have a completed Positioning & Messaging Framework that clearly articulates your unique position within the market. How long does the P&M process take?

Between 2-4 weeks depending on availability.

Why only wireframes?

Typically, businesses already have delivery partners (or manage these assets themselves). We focus on the positioning, messaging and subsequent copywriting - allowing you to either implement the copy immediately or hand it off to your delivery partners.

What's a touchpoint?

A touchpoint is any instance where a potential customer comes in contact with your business. Be it an ad, social post, email, website, staff member or you at a café on Sunday.

Every time a potential customer sees or interacts with your brand they're building a memory of it, so it's critical we make a good first, second and third impression!
